free at last

well, free for a week at least anyway! goodbye to all my lovely friends and work colleagues - thanks for the last 4 years. and goodbye to torquay, i'll miss you!

just as i was thinking about going home for the weekend, lazing about on the couch and eating some fresh fruit... i found this super inviting couch with adorable roddy & ginger cushions, and this cute as a button apple cosy... coincidence? or meant to be?

the waves i was missing...

these are the sweet waves i was missing out on at 13th while i was surfing 1ft dribble at winki yesterday. the photos are from foam - a new website who claim to "pride ourselves in providing the good folk who surf on the Bellarine with the most comprehensive reports, outlooks, archives and pictorials available on web-land". Sounds good to me!

greener pastures...

well we're back safe and sound on victorian turf, and although i miss the sunny days and warm waters of byron bay, i must admit that it's good to be home! i'll post photos of our trip soon, once i get my film developed (yes i know, i should probably update to digital). But for now i wanted to update you on the changes ahead...


after four years of designing ski wear by the coast - i'm changing jobs to go into the city and design tshirt prints! although i'm going to miss my luchtime surfs, i'm so excitied about a job that will give me much more creative freedom! and it is definitely time for change - so i must embrace it!!

sunshine, waves, dolphins & lychee cocktails...

some exciting changes at the moment, and I’ll tell more about that soon, but for now...




fish and I are off to the beautiful Byron Bay for a week of bliss with 2 very special people. Hopefully the pass will turn it on for us, and I hope to catch up with some bottle nosed friends out in the water! Not to mention catching up with some dear friends on land too, and maybe even sharing some more of those delicious lychee cocktails. take care everyone xx

You gotta love a guy who displays his pipe collection on the wall above his parliament of owls! My friend Mary got me onto Steven Harrington’s designs last year and I havn’t looked back!
