i saw this brand in the latest issue of frankie, it's called lu flux, and it's pretty amazing! love these patchwork outfits!

Summer Chicken Salad

Summer Chicken Salad
serves: 4
time: 20 minutes

ingredients:
2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 large stalk celery, cut into 1/4” dice
1/2 green apple, peeled and cut into 1/4” dice
1/3 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 handfuls rocket, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Soya mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
coarse salt to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)
freshly ground black pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon)

preparation:
Just stir everything together!

detox days

i've decided it's to time to flush out the winter baddies and put some good stuff in! i'm on day 3 of my 'goodbye winter, hello summer' detox, and it's going swimmingly. i stocked up on fresh local fruit & vegies at the market on saturday, and dusted off the juicer! i'm feeling great already, fresh, energetic, and with a clear mind. i highly recommend it to anyone who's stuck in a winter haze. xx

frames of thought

after re-painting on the weekend the walls are bare, and i'm left with a blank canvas to decorate! how exciting! i'd love to do a photo wall, like these lovely ones above. but i also love the look of clean walls. what to do, what to do... either way, it's going to be a fun weekend! kitchen dreams...

After a weekend of painting the house, i've been thinking all day about a new kitchen. These are 2 of my fave pics, which poses the question: white and natural wood OR cool grey and white? let me know what you prefer...

Hi folks. semi permanent on the weekend was great and i've come back full of new inspiration and ideas. Unfortunately though, I have also come back with a cold... so i'm going to head home and put my feet up for a little while... see u soon xx
